Retard Rollers & Sheet Feed Belts

These retard rollers and sheet feed belts are abrasion-resistant and ensure stable document feeding.

Retard Rollers and Sheet Feed Belts
  • Rubber Material with Consistent Friction Coefficient.

    As copy machines and printers are becoming faster in operation and higher in image quality, there is a growing demand for ADF retard rollers and sheet feed belts made of materials that offer high resistance to abrasion and enable a larger nip width. In addition, ADF retard rollers and sheet feed belts must not only keep fluctuations in the friction coefficient minimal but also reduce the noise caused by vibration from the friction between the retard roller and paper during document transport and minimize the transfer of pencil lead powder and other particles from the document. Moreover, they must handle a variety of paper types. Yamauchi supplies highly reliable retard rollers and sheet feed belts that are created based on an original material design to prevent these problems.

CHARACTERISTICS

<ADF Retard Rollers>

Made of Polyurethane-Base Rubber with Minimal Change in Friction Coefficient Over Time." class="productsSubTitle

Yamauchi ADF retard rollers are made of an original polyurethane-base sponge rubber material. We used our original blending technology to improve the abrasion resistance, to minimize changes in the friction coefficient caused by paper transport and to eliminate paper rubbing noise for smooth document feeding.

<Sheet Feed Belts>

Original Rubber Material with Minimal Change in Friction Coefficient Over Time.

Yamauchi sheet feed belts are made of an original rubber material. They boast excellent abrasion resistance and minimize changes in the friction coefficient caused by paper transport over many hours of use, just like our retard rollers.
