Our company's roots go back seven decades
to 1918 when Suezo Yamauchi first began business. It was not until 1968,
however, that Yamauchi Corporation took its first major step toward
becoming an international entity. In that year, the main Factory in
Hirakata was established. It prospered and soon thereafter, in 1971, the
Kanuma Factory was opened. A production facility for the manufacture of
the hugely successful High-Top Roll(R) was constructed in Kanuma in 1980.
The Kyoto-Osadano Factory was completed near Kyoto the very next year to
produce audio and video equipment parts.The production of Office
equipment parts was shifted to the Kyoto-Osadano Factory in 1985. A
second Factory was completed at Osadano in 1986. These modern production
facilities enable Yamauchi Corporation to greet the coming 21st Century
with a wealth of creativity, technology, and confidence. We are also
making major inroads overseas. We first established Yamauchi Singapore
Pte.,Ltd. in Sigapore and have since expanded our network to include
Belguim, the United States, South Korea , Malaysia,Shenzhen and Hong
Kong.
